Return & Refund Policy

At Urbanomartllc, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Contact us at support@urbanomartllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the provided return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Email us at support@urbanomartllc.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
