Our Promise to You

At URBANO MART LLC, we take pride in delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality. Each item undergoes rigorous quality control inspections to ensure a premium experience for our valued customers.

Worry-Free Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of receipt, at our sole discretion, provided the item is in new and unused condition. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns not related to product quality issues. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items must:

  • Be in as-new condition (no scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or modifications).
  • Include all original packaging materials and accessories to ensure safe transport.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in used/damaged condition may not qualify for a refund.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Proof of Purchase

To validate your return, please provide one or more of the following:

  • A valid order number
  • Photos of the item, including the product label
  • The email address used during purchase
  • The transaction ID from your credit card or PayPal payment
  • We cannot process returns without proof of purchase.

Refund or Return Eligibility

Customers are entitled to a refund or return in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product damaged during shipping

Please Note:

  • Change of mind is not applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipments must include tracking details provided to us.

A 100% refund will be issued once the returned product arrives and is verified at our warehouse. If an order is cancelled or refunded by the customer for any reason, a 25% service fee will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) carefully. If you notice missing parts, damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To expedite the process, please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us resolve your concern quickly and efficiently.

Refund Processing Time

With Return: Refunds will begin processing within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Credit Card Refunds: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
