Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable U.S. shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days (after processing).
Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and any external carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase required — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, Urbanomartllc is not responsible for:

Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
